Calm and mindfulness made simple (and doable) for real families.

Why I Created This

Meditation wasn’t always part of our daily rhythm — honestly, it felt impossible at first. But once it clicked, everything shifted.

As a homeschooling mom raising two sensitive, curious daughters, I needed something that worked with their energy, not against it. Something that didn’t demand total silence or perfect posture (because let’s be real, that wasn’t happening). Just a pause. A breath. A moment where their little bodies felt safe.

That’s how Meditate with Jamie began. What started as a handful of calming stories and silly breathing games turned into a cozy ritual — one we now get to share with families around the world.

I built this space on one belief: mindfulness doesn’t have to be complicated. It doesn’t need candles and 20 minutes of quiet (though I’ll never say no to that). It can be playful. Imaginative. Short and sweet. Gentle. And most importantly — something any family can actually use.

Maybe you’re here because bedtime feels like chaos. Maybe your child struggles with big emotions. Or maybe you’re just trying to bring a little more peace into your home. Whatever brought you here — this is for you.

Over time, I noticed something powerful: kids (and parents) often respond best when the visuals themselves do the calming — rain on a window, a forest path, a glowing classroom corner. That’s why Meditate with Jamie is evolving into a blend of gentle voice + soothing visual worlds. You’ll still hear me guide those first breaths… but then the scene takes over, holding space for rest, focus, or just a quiet moment to reset.

You’ll notice a shift here at Meditate with Jamie.
We started with playful meditations and mindful stories, and those will always be part of our roots. But now, we’re leaning into visual-first calm content — peaceful scenes and gentle loops that kids (and parents) can come back to again and again for rest, focus, and comfort.

✨ Think of it like this:
A cozy classroom reset before homeschool lessons.
A golden forest path for a midday breathing break.
Rain tapping gently on a cabin window as bedtime winds down.

Each visual begins with just enough gentle narration to guide that first breath — then the scene takes over. Simple. Peaceful. Surprisingly powerful.

Whether you’re a mindful mama or dad, a curious kid, or just someone craving a few deep breaths between the busy moments — Meditate with Jamie is your space.

Here, you’ll find:
