What is Wonder and Glow Living? A Peaceful Space for Moms, Kids, and Creative Souls
If you’ve ever whispered “please just go to sleep” while struggling to find calming stories at midnight…you’re not alone. And you’ve just found your people 🙌
What is Wonder and Glow Living?
It’s part blog, part sanctuary, part “hey, this worked for me — maybe it’ll help you too”. I created Wonder and Glow to support moms who are doing it all: working, homeschooling, parenting, spiritual grounding, and trying to find two minutes of peace in a day that’s packed tighter than a toddler’s snack bag.
Wonder and Glow Living is made of three pillars:
🌿 Meditate with Jamie – Mindfulness, breathing tools and stories for kids — because deep breaths work better than yelling….Usually.
🌙 Wonder and Glow – Bedtime stories, sleepy visuals, and imagination… that feels like a soft exhale at the end of the day.
✨ Faith and Calm – Short daily spiritual practices for moms and kids. Because we all have at least a minute to connect with our greater power.
You might pray to God, talk to the universe, charge your stones and moon water, or just really need a moment of stillness. This blog… honors it all. We all believe in something deeper— and sometimes the calm we’re looking for— well it just starts with a pinch of trust, a little ritual, and a whole— and I mean whole— lot of grace.
Why I Created This
Not just for my kids, but also for myself. And if were being honest, I was exhausted of everything feeling like a pitch or a scam. It seemed like everywhere I looked, it was “join my team,” “buy this magic serum,” “DM me to learn more,” “comment this.” So I created Wonder and Glow Living as a slow, soft place. One that’s not about creating an empire— but building a life that actually feels good.
A life where:
∙homeschool doesn’t mean burnout…let’s bring in the peace ☮️
∙mindfulness isn’t just another chore…it’s a habit 🙌
∙and quiet time is sacred…not a luxury!
I wanted share the rituals and routines that help me breathe again—without pretending I’ve got it all together. Because spoiler alert 📢 I don’t. But I do have some great tools, and I love to get to share them.
I built this space with my heart first, but I’m also a mama running a business. Cause when you read how making a blog is easy and free…turns out it’s not. So from time to time you will see affiliate links or brand partnerships. But here’s the deal: I will only share what I actually use, love, or wish I’d found sooner. If it helps bring more peace to your home or even helps you build a life that glows just a little brighter? That’s a win in my book 🙌
What You’ll Find Here
This blog is a space— where you can slow down, sip your coffee while it’s still hot (in theory), and find tools to support both you and your little ones.
Here’s what you’ll see around here:
∙ Gentle homeschool rhythms that don’t require Pinterest-level crafting
∙ Mindful routines like breathing, stretching, or tapping for kids and grownups alike
∙ Sleepy stories and calming rituals (yes, you can even steal them for yourself)
∙ Spiritual practices that range from prayers to moon water to simply sitting still
∙ Free printable, journal prompts, and quiet-time kits to help you carve out peace in the middle of mom life.
You’ll also find product and resource recommendations — things that support the Wonder and Glow lifestyle. Some of those links may be affiliate-based, meaning I earn a small commission if you choose to buy through them (at no extra cost to you). It’s a little way you can support the blog, and it helps me keep creating magic 🪄
Whether you’re here because bedtime feels like a wrestling ring, you’re building a homeschool rhythm that doesn’t drive you to scream into a throw pillow, or you’re simply craving a little more stillness in your day— you’re welcome here.
Wonder and Glow Living was created for moms like you. The kind who are doing their best, trying to stay grounded, and maybe still learning how to breathe through the tantrums and packed schedule.
I hope this blog becomes a place where you feel seen, supported, and reminded that peace is possible— even if the toddler just dumped their juice all over themself when it’s time to leave.
Come as you are. Stay as long as you like. And if you ever leave here feeling even 2% more grounded, then it’s already worth it. ❤️
