The Bedtime Playlist That Helps Us All Wind Down (Even Me)
When my first born was little, I thought bedtime was about routines—bath, book, bed. But now I know it’s also about energy. Music has become one of our favorite bedtime tools. Here’s the playlist we turn on when we’re ready to shift from “go-go-go” to soft, sleepy flow. Here’s how we use our playlist and why it works.
Gental Instrumentals
We start with soft piano, ambient tones, or lullaby-style guitar. It slows our heart rates and quiets the room. Think of it like background magic…smoothing the edges of the day.
3 Hour Camping Sleep Soundscape – 528 Hz + Brown & Delta Noise
10 Hours of Deep Relaxation 🐱🌙 | Sleep, Stress Relief & Healing Music with Dreamy Cat in the Clouds
Nature Sounds with Melody
This is our go-to when the day’s been bumpy. Think rain and cello. Waves and soft flute. These work especially well on nights when emotions are big. There is something so grounding about these tracks…they make you whisper, “It’s okay now.”
🌅 Deep Sleep Ocean Sunset | 4 Hours to Fall Asleep Fast with Waves & Music
🌕 Deep Sleep by the Lake | 4 Hours of Moonlit Waves to Fall Asleep Fast
Faith-Based or Affirmation Tracks
Sometimes we add a soft affirmation song or calming Bible verse track…especially on days that need a little extra peace.
Faith & Hope: Peaceful Church Scene with 963 Hz God Frequency ✨🙏❤️
Bedtime Prayers: A Little Girl’s Nighttime Peace with 432 Hz God Frequency 🌙🙏✨ | Sleep | Nap Time
Our Favorite Tracks Right Now:

Peaceful Camping Night – Sleep Story with Cute Cartoon Pups 🐾 Tent Under the Stars
Kids Deep Sleep Princess in Clouds | Relax | Meditate | Fall Asleep Fast | Study
Pure Relaxation: 528 Hz, Delta Waves & Brown Noise | Deep Sleep & Healing ✨🛌
I honestly hate the tv to sleep. I think it is a bad habit, that comes from my childhood. I am however, a lover of the sleep option. Recently, I changed the settings on the tv so that it is very dark at night so it doesn’t overstimulate. I love the options for black screen with music to keep the room dark. We had issues in the past with night terrors, so a nice peaceful, but not too bright image is nice for children waking up scared. Getting rid of the TV at night is hard, but I think if we choose what we are allowing our brain to fall asleep to or listen to while asleep is important.

Music softens the space for sleep. Try your own playlist tonight…and let it be a signal to your whole home that it’s time to rest. Even just one calming track can shift the energy.
